It's not meant to fix everytihng, but maybe together with other habits like food, exercise and some other important stuff for health, one could learn to increase more positive thinking and in the end feel much better. After all we're humans. Easily influenced by the environment. Adapting to new ways.
Folding origami when you're anxious?
I actually can do some origami patterns. I know it can be really tricky.
And you want to do it while anxious, while feeling I'm crawling out of my skin, when pacing is all that helps a little, when my hands are shaking.

Typical bullshit so typical for today's world. Having any type of pain can be solved with something very simple.

No silly :) It's rather a suggestion how to cope with some negative emotions - which frequent a lot around here ^_^
I thought the more suggestion, the bigger chance that someone find something they'd like to give a try. If anything just to have tried everything before they try more drastic methods to cope with life.
