Bad for America. Although I am for giving contraceptives in west Africa.

2 reasons:

1) Less children --> Less poverty (which is a good thing in itself) --> Less foreign aid

2) Less children --> Less people --> Less impoverished people --> Less foreign aid

Immigration can cause crime soars.
