Scariest way to die, in my sleep (total lack of control can't even think I'm gonna die). To think of. But if you more think of conscious ways, ALS sounds quite horrid.

I'm come close to death numerous times from doing reckless things, but an NDE experience, never had one. Well, technically I have. I would have died one day if my mother hadn't noticed me in time and called an ambulance. Don't know if that counts as an NDE, since I didn't die and get brought back to life or anything.
