the Death Penalty, yes or no?
Well, the nature of the crime and individual certainly plays a factor. I think there are likely situations where a criminal psychopath would be best executed than strung along in vain hopes of rehabilitation. The risk is with society and on the burden these individuals put on the system. What is a better thing to consider in regard to this is legalization of marijuana and drug laws/policies. There's a huge chunk of wasted litigation and enforcement and punishment.
this whole post makes no sense
It costs more
more than what, imprisoning them for a lifetime?? doesn't sound right
and is essentially just an easy way out for them if we want to give the death penalty we put them in a room with a hammer. They can starve to death or bash their own brains in
what is wrong with giving them an easy way out?? forcing them to starve to death or bash their own brains in is the kind of sociopathic behaviour of the people you're trying to kill.. which also makes no sense..
Perhaps we could make a Reality TV show out of it just for a small boost to our nation's economy
lol if you televised that everyone would freak out.. this whole idea is just fucked up
