Deleting posts still shows the person who was deleted as the topic's most recent poster if they were the last to post in the topic.This allows topics to be bumped and remain bumped even after deletion, which is a potential problem.

The ban button works now, so that remains a way to at least stop it in it's tracks.Meanwhile, people making it into a bigger problem than it currently is serves to have it be fixed faster.
