Yeah, I got the new patch, restarted, and it now doesn't work in a different way.

Edit: Seems to work now.

  Expected: Uploaded GIF avatars should animate as expected.
  Actual: Uploaded GIF avatars are mutated. Erronous or distorted animations occur.
  Frequency: Common.
  Severity: Medium (subset of avatars, still can use a still image of gif).
  Status: (2015-08-21) Deferred as v0.1.2-beta. Have tried to fix this before, with mixed results. Will try again after other issues are dealt with.
 

This seems to be presenting me with more difficulty now. Attempt's 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 have the same problem while pre-attempt was showing the blink in the top left corner. The original image on the change avatar page meanwhile seems to work just fine.

Edit: Finally got it working, but it took changing it to a different one and changing it into the original image from the change avatar screen recently resaved onto my desktop.

If unable to debug it lags my system into freezing, slowly and surely, only a reboot will fix it. Now I know I'm using what you guys consider as junk for a computer, but this site used to be smooth, less buggy and very lightweight.

Next patch - v2.5.0 - will focus on fixing performance issues and optimizations.

Please let us know if v2.4.0 still has the same script errors. It isn't applied yet as of this post, but will later.

When the page is loading to the main list of threads, it'll sometimes show neither the chat or any threads, and it stays this way. Clicking on "Forums" at the top and clicking on Sociopath Community fixes this.

So I tried to change my password and it keeps claiming that the new password and confirm password lines don't match.

It's not urgent, but I like to change my password every so often to be on the safer side.

when you load another page of the forum the chat tabs you had closed are open again and they flash orange even when there's no new message

Image resizing using the tools provided on this website still return an image of it's original size.

It's not so bad for me since inspect element resizing still works, but this is likely to be a problem for others. It even keeps what it was supposed to be within the edit post data.
