It's this cool mind game I picked up. Challenge someone to argue a baseless opinion they stated in public, apply some pressure and watch them run around like a headless chicken until they are forced to say the magical words: it's just my opinion and I don't have to/care to justify it. That's when I consider the game won. Done it with Syst, and now you. It's really fun and satisfying :D
