Why are you always harping on TPG? like you and Ed are always making some comment on him, and I find it funny that two adults are constantly on his case about behaving like a child when they have nothing better to do than pick on a 15yo.
Like clothes and cellphones cost money and to get money you need to work, so I'm not sure what movies you've seen but the only people that would be able to 'skate' life with nothing but 'cute cellphones' and the 'right clothes' might be the rich people/socialites but even then they have to do something to maintain that.
The most entitled individuals I've met have all been past the age of forty. They complain about everything, calling those younger than themselves lazy when we've worked harder than they have. 20/30/40 years ago, you'd been able to survive on minimum wage, hell you might have even been able to afford a house. And that's living in the bigger cities where there should be some sort of job available. We'd be lucky to get an apartment at 1,300 a month. That's a mortgage in some states and for less room. They criticized electronics and technology (Back in my day we didn't have cellphones, we'd actually visit people!), criticize that today we have more mental health issues than back in their day- yeah bro we're under heavy stress, fuck there's teens taking ridiculous amounts of classes just so they can hope to get into college and get a job that doesn't pay enough. We're living in a time where threats of terrorism are pretty common and you see it everywhere, children are being affected by this. I have no idea where this bitterness is coming from, tbh. Y'all lived hedonistic lifestyles. And from you, Xena, it just sounds like jealousy.
