Right now, since you can make these mistakes, you can do anything and have a clear conscious.
Trust me Luna. This is the fundamental way that the vast majority of professionals operate. Nobody knows what they are doing.
So get out there and fuck stuff up! 
Honestly Luna. And I am not a lawyer, but if you put two people in a court room, that both committed the same actions, the one who believes what they did was wrong is a fraud, while the one who made a mistake, is just some american cowboy out living the american dream.
