It is exponential drop off from position one. They get the lions share of all clicks. I don't know exactly how fast it drops off, but it's substantial.
Using Startpage it's not in any of the first three pages, which was as much as I could be bothered to look. Using Jewgle, this site wasn't on the first three either, but that gay sociopathworld site was on the third page.
I think that it must be different for different users..

Not within the first two pages for me either when searching "Sociopath".
An article from 2012 about Sherlock Holmes not being a sociopath comes up pages before it.
^Did you ever hear Google accuse Bing of scraping thier search results? A rep denied it to the accusers face.
Bing had nearly identical search results as Google at one point in time. Now they don't seem as "fresh" for lacks of better terms.
(I think they took measures specifically to cut them off, but I couldn't be arsed to follow it)
My search results and the sources I use to test results, show incredibly different stats than "startpage".
They do not like people scraping thier results. They do provide search engine "assistance" for those who want to incorporate Google search results into thier products, but if you scale up, they have you hooked into thier system, and there are billing situations. So... I don't think Bing or Startpage is necessarily going to do that.
