Edvard, my love, we exist in a world ruled by Capitalism. If an individual can't play the game of capitalism, then they are nowhere near as capable as someone who does-- regardless of what they actually think of Capitalism.

Yup thats because you need less of them! ^^ I think those silly private section engineers are tools even if they are the smartest people there. Tools are still needed though. In academics, they would be the bosses, making them not only masters of the Universe (pthui, I cant imagine Im saying this about engineers) but also masters of these meaningless ants! The boss engineers often dont have enough time for mastering the Universe though so they end up in a lower position in the science world where being intelligent and creative matters.
