What's in it for us females?
What are the main teachings?
You're here to try understand yourself and make the best out of you. You have a free will and that means you may make a lot of mistakes because you can't see the future (you may predict the future by knowing how people around you would react, but a new experience is almost around every corner) but don't be a dick and learn from your mistakes.
They may be a lot more teachings, but this is it for now.
What reward would there be for following it? (afterlife, heaven, reincarnation, etc.)
A reward by your choosing. Do you want to go back? Reincarnation it is. Do you want to go back as an animal? Here you go and enjoy. Do you want to spend some time in "heaven" until you get bored of it? Sure, why not... But the eternal goal would be something like knowing the ultimate truth about everything and become a "God" or Mr. Knowitall.
What would be the punishment for disobedience? (Hell, suffering, curses, etc.)
No punishment. No exact rules. Just that your "soul" will be here until it understands everything it needs to understand.
If there is a god/deity for your religion who or what would it be?
No God. My "God" would be a system we are living in where everything is connected and working like a clock, even if it seems like we're living in a complete chaos. And because of that, everybody has a chance to become a "God" and start their own system.
As a religion, I would pick a little bit of everything that suits me and my personality.

Main teachings: monogamy is bullshit; fuck as much and as many as possible; express yourself by any means necessary, especially through the arts; kill those who have too much; kill those who do nothing
Reward: peace and pussy until death
Punishment: release close-minded ones in deep wilderness with nothing but toilet paper...

If you could make a religion what would it be?

Main Teachings: Embracing one's true nature and utilizing natural tendencies while abstaining from self destructive behavior(s) and temptations that results in immediate, short term gain. Overall mastery over oneself mentally, emotionally and physically. Valued in that order as well. In this belief overall mastery of the body will bring them closer to understanding themselves and the universe. Pilgrimages would be taken regularly in harsh climates with limited supplies to as a test to the individual's devotion
Rewards: Mastery over the aspects of one's life yield it's own reward, but I'd be happy to throw a recognized amount of honor correlating to the persons control over their body.
Punishments/Rules: Giving into short term gains incessantly and without regard for future consequences. However, as I listed in the main teachings being impulsive can be in someone's nature, I'd encourage that behavior in that sense. The punishment is again there on its own, being chained to temptations and desires often has its own way of ruining lives. Over Indulgence is frowned upon.
God/Deity: There will be no need for one. The followers of this religion do so solely for the pursuit of knowledge and understanding of themselves, which to some is a more complex enigma than the thought of god in the first place.
