 It's called V8 syndrome.  It's when you have a car with a V8 and you want to use it.  People that have it bad have 455s or Hemis.

If speeding and smoking pot is all you do, you should have scored yourself a 0, because I'm pretty sure recidivist criminality relates more to vandalism, arson, theft, burglary, kidnapping, rape, murder etc.

I've gotten over 50 (at least) speeding tickets.  I understand completely. :)

Well, you know... It's a bunch of little stuff, so I figured 2 was about right.

But then I thought- well if it's a bunch of little stuff (being a 2) plus 1 glaring thing,  then maybe it's a 4.

Ultimately, I think you are correct. A 4 would more accurately reflect major felonies. So it really shouldn't be there at all.
