I won't be answering this thread in haste, Aurora. I feel it should be said that though Pray is not the first time I've had a sub, I never really fully embraced the BDSM world and probably never will as a set lifestyle. So I will take my time and think about what I really want to say here- excluding my general nature in a committed relationship, so that I can stick to only what I feel I've gotten from Master/Slave roleplay.

I don't have clear-cut master/slave relationships in my life. Perhaps the closest analogue to that would be my sexuality—I'm pretty rough in that domain.
As far as casual relationships go, I have no interest in being "master." I am more concerned about meeting my own expectations of myself than I am of being "above" others.
I am a competitive person, but that has more to do with me wanting to be a better person than being better than others.
