Oh... I get it now. I say my skills are pretty alright. I cant charm your pants off of you but I can make you open up and at ease. Maybe it is just my "vibe". How does one gaze into one's eyes and the best places to find targets to practice on? Thank you.
Learn and practice big topics: religion, sports, science, etc (read). Play both sides of the fence while practicing, but play only their side when real. Have a couple topics stored; these topics should be extraordinary and only brought out when the target is vulnerable. High rates of success on dumber targets. As for the smarter ones, they are probably trying the same thing on you. Compliment them on something tiny. Something they didn't seem to prepare well.

mirroring is a natural phenomenon. If someone catches you doing it, then it can backfire in big ways, if they do not associate themselves as being within the same "fashion" as yourself. It's called mimicry in science.
So if you are in a suit and tie, and you try and mirror let's say a street kid, that's probably not going to work. They don't see themselves in you.
Right? But if you put everyone in a row, you'd naturally see some people start marching to the same beat, while others would race ahead or wagger off, and so on. It's totally natural. Being aware of it, doesn't really do anything except increase the chances of disingenuous emotions.
The best way to be charming is to offer people something. Everyone wants something, that's why they are talking to you.
