Why? Because I do no bad things. Being a sociopath implies doing antisocial things, and I don't do many of those. I have stolen things, fencing, using/selling drugs, etc but not so often. These are also minor things that don't really hurt anyone, and I haven't done anything for quite some time. Right now I am doing something that's not allowed and also not social. It doesn't hurt anyone though so it doesn't count. I'm also generous so people benefit from knowing me. This must disclude me from being a sociopath.

That diagnostic criteria of yours is pretty stellar.

The rest of this smells pretty strongly of self justification. Sociopath or not they look like excuses instead of factors.
