I thought I should share what has recently proven to be an incredible brain tonic. I am noticing the effects however subtle, however they are very real.
The trick here, is that you cannot rely on the nutritional value of the food alone, you need to add in a little extra to get a deeper circulation of the food into the system.
Get a blender. Buy a cannister of baby formula.
Put several scoops of the baby formula along with an apple, a pear, bannanas and a mango.
Add in some licorice root. I have no idea of any benefit of doing this, so.
Add in some stevia. This will ramp up your insulin levels leading to more effective metabolism of the fruit sugars.
Blend it all up. Now you've got something that is not only delicious, but superior in terms of nutrition.
Halfway through drinking a glass of this stuff. Take a scoop of piracetam. Only a gram or so, especially if you don't know anything about the stuff. Viola.

I'd avoid putting in any cocoa. You don't need it, and you don't want cocoa penetrating deeper into your brain.
