When you said, Bradford, I thought for sure you were talking about a Canadian city.

A while back I was looking into Canadian hate crime, and the last time that any sort of homicide that occured with a direct affiliation with a hate crime organization was back in the 1980s.

Whatever, but the stats show that reported hate crime is on the rise in one particular city in Canada which is largely ethnic. I thought, well fuck, I've lived in the worst parts of town, where multiculturalism was extremely thick, and poverty was the norm, and statistically violence was the highest in the province, square foot for square foot, and I didn't remember any hate crimes at all.

So I looked at the city demographics, and low and behold. It's a city with several colleges and universities. It is a "young" town, more or less, with reduced property values, and so on. Whatever.

Food for thought. Hate crime is on the rise, but in reality it is at an all time severity low.

So while I agree with your Marxism stance to some degree. I cannot bring myself to think that with whatever ideals Marxism brings, so does the super prison system.
