Couldn't an entire group of people like yourself be more like a loosely knit honor bound group that keeps to themselves and only comes to another's aid when it matters? An Alliance of sorts, a Pact, an Agreement?

The issues with josh and the one unwritten rule of no spamming were common knowledge here before I became admin.

Honor goes out of the window when I don't have the sufficient means to sustain myself. If I saw someone and i knew they had a good amount of my capabilities, i'd shoot on sight when the opportunity came. 

I wonder what would be the motivation behind having all of that stored in the first place. My priority would be on warming layers, firearms and food. It's not like there won't be books.

That depends on what caused the apocalypse.

I'd offer my loyalty and my skills for protection and eventual attacks. People naturally tend to come to me with their problems and make me the center of their group, but this can be a disadvantage if I am seen as a threat by the existing leader too soon. Sometimes it's instant mutual rivarly rising out of seemingly nowhere between me and other men.

Let's hope there's electricity in this apocalyptic scenario.

yeah they make comedies about that stuff. Big bang and everything. It's something else to see a man herder in a communal environment out in nature.
