you did abuse them and the proof is that you banned Ramirez before you made the rule that he broke, because he posted your information. If he posted someone else's and you didn't like that person, you wouldn't care. If he posted TSG's info, pics and FB, you would of enjoyed that regardless if TSG says anything.

However, regardless of any speculation on what you would of done if TSG was exposed, it is a fact that you abused your powers. That part is not speculation.

You banned him before you declared the rules and those rules were not in place at the time nor they were active. The ban only benefited you and was not rationalized by any rules. Luna had given you the mission to ban dex/remove spam, not to create rules, but you abused the power and did what you felt like, because you could, not because you should or because it was part of your duties as an admin.

I would have done the exact same thing had he done it to someone else. Well, maybe I wouldn't have muted him if he had done it to someone else, but I certainly would have deleted the info he posted, had they requested as much.

It doesn't matter because I ended up unmuting him anyway (and nobody even asked me to do it), so I don't know what the fuck you're even complaining about.

Now if we assume you are correct and you didn't abuse your power and there are no rules, then why did you make new rules?

There is no rule that says you can't post personal information about another member, be it me or anyone else, but there's also no rule that says I can't delete it.

Nor is there a rule that says I can't mute the person who posted it, should I choose to. Of course, Luna may disagree with that, but that's not even an issue anyway, so who cares.

For fuck's sake... There was no rule indicating that I couldn't mute anyone when Ramirez posted my info. Therefore, I couldn't possibly have abused my admin powers when I muted him, because there was no rule that says I couldn't.

I initially made a rule, after I muted ramirez, that I later changed my mind about. Therefore, what I said still stands in regard to there being no rules here. Duh.
