When I mentioned casting doubt, it's more like how I appear has had some people assume "sociopath", then I correct them with my actual diagnosis. By seeing that I'm not a sociopath, it's likely to increase the odds of "Who else here isn't a sociopath? Maybe I'm not a sociopath, there's all sorts of reasons I could be this way" passing through a user's mind.

It's sad that I have to explain that, it's been self demonstrated multiple times. You must be less observant than you give credit~

Some here do claim to be sociopaths. I don't see a problem with anyone claiming to be one on a forum like this.

Though, other people seem to make a big issue out of it when that happens.

I mean, if you know you're a sociopath, or just think you're one, then what's wrong with openly admitting it here if it's something you'd like to discuss. After all, the forum is called Sociopath Community, yet discussing your own sociopathy is clearly a taboo subject here.

I can only imagine how much shit M.E Thomas would get if she were actually here, and to think she wrote a whole fucking book about her sociopathy.
