I fully agree with Ophelia on this, Xena.

I'd say power means the ability to do some things, not necessarily doing those things. Sometimes people knowing you can do those things is enough - it's called authority.

Don't equate being powerful with being a bully, and don't equate it with collaboration either.

If you're asking if I've had any management jobs, the answer is no. Corporate ladder climbing doesn't interest me.
