Does anyone who is close to a borderline need to take "breaks"? Meaning you are not trying to punish them or abandon them, you just need a respite.
No. I don't really remember if anyone was borderline in my life. Hmmmnnn...
Wait a second. No, I am unsure if I've ever known a borderline personally, not officially a BPD anyways.
No. I have never felt the need to take a break from someone. I either know when I am not wanted around, or I just hang around until everything changes, whatever. I am no picky person.
lol...BPD is nut job central correct Spatial? You seem to have a rather in depth understanding of of the bullshit for gray matter that they operate with....that being said, I have had a BPD friend, Dx'd. and a very nice person. Cannot lump people , can if you want, but whatever...best is to keep a massive distance.
by StayonhereI think that it is good to take a timeout from someone who is volatile.
Is it? There are only about 4 or 5 people who come to mind immediately who were "volatile" towards me which I could not handle. One of the poisoned me, the other attempted to jump me but thank god some guy I met earlier distracted them, another sucker punched me and so on...
Other people who are "volatile". I soak that stuff and let it out right back at them. I never hit people. I just love to scream and yell.
Okay, I hate screaming and yelling, but if someone can stick around and not run in fear, then I love the resolution that follows.
And if I don't, well fuck them, I don't like them, so there.
This isn't a song, this is a motto.
