I get what you're saying Jhawk, and it sounds fun. There's nothing more frightening than a pack of sociopaths. As far as I'm concerned it's always been a solo game. I'd imagine it's like wolves, a single wolf can't catch certain prey on its own, it needs a pack.
But what's the endgame?
Again, the eugenics part of this is beyond the scope of what I'm talking about right now, and while their are studies that suggest agression and other "Sociopathic" traits can be inherited most of that would be unnecessary. For the most part I believe we could condition MOST people to be sociopaths. Just as the military can send most civilians through and condition them to murder people for god and country, so could anyone else be conditioned to do other such "socially unacceptable" acts. I am much more a proponant of Nurture than I am nature.
Any behavioral psychologist can tell you anyone from any background can if reared properly from birth become anything you want them to be.
I would argue the better idea would be to use the fourth of society that is sociopathic.
There are two flaws that I see up front: How to pick a viable candidate, and how to make a sociopath hold an identity. You must remember, a true sociopath does not have any bond with a system unless they choose to. That would be an innate challenge in the cultivation.
While I'm all for neglecting and abusing children for the good of the country but I think the military is already doing a great job at brainwashing teens to die for god and country. We need people like them to play their role, their deaths are not in vein either. Their sacrifice frees others from tyranny and reduces USA's population. It's a win win.
