Rape is an act of control. What could be more controlling and weak than taking advantage of someone passed out?  I suppose having sex with a dead person.

Yeah I guess, it's not something I would ever do! I told him that I disagreed with it but that I wouldn't say anything. Besides, I have no proof and he didn't name names.

Punch him and tell him he is weak and needs help.

Perhaps he is weak but he's my friend and I'm loyal. He has been there for me as well in times of need.

Hello! My name is Thomas and my friend's name is Jake. Recently, Jake confided in me that he likes rape and that he has taken advantage of many unconscious women. Assuming this is true, is Jake a sociopath? That probably seems like a silly question because you don't know him, but are these the actions of a healthy minded person? I understand that rape is wrong but it doesn't seem out of the ordinary in a college environment.

 Based on that one thing alone, it would be impossible to know for sure.

He's not a bad person, he just has his flaws like anyone else. He doesn't trust professionals but says that he won't do it anymore. He said he doesn't have to do it and that's it a choice. He has a girlfriend so I know that's true.
