Bronn you sellout. I hope he dies next season in Game of Thrones.

But who is that guy in the middle in the Ripper Street pic?

Sellout? :?  Well I've only seen short bits & bobs of Game Of Thrones but it struck me as being a tad on the Sheldon Cooperish geek convention / video game speshul effects gimmicky side of fantasy fiction for my liking, taking itself way too much seriously.

Ripper Street is a finely crafted late-victoriana pastiche, with good ripping yarns.

The guy in the middle is Matt MacFadyen.

My favourite is the chap on the right, David Wilmot - still pretty underrated but very good, saw him first as the journalist in Rat, then lately in The Guard (both are among the best pieces of Irish cinema).

Armani suits are simple suits that fit laymen who are getting their first suit.

What I meant about a suit being to tight around the mid section is specifically under the arms the X looks retarded.

If you know what you want just go to a tailor.

Exactly.  You get leagues better cut and materials for about the same price as an RTW Armani.

I reccommend getting a high quality tie, ties can last a lifetime. Boys are careful with nice clothes like this unless they really don't care, so I wouldn't worry. Silk ties are pretty.

I'll ask the important questions before giving my suggestions. How old is he, what's his body type, and most importantly what is the occasion?

Also, what are his hair/eye colors and skin tone? Does he seem to prefer any particular styles of dress (&which)?

Interview.  Very tall and medium/ lean body. He may have a black blazer that fits. So would Dockers and casual tie go with that? Informal suit?

He dresses like a musical teen hippie boy? He dresses kind of like me? In a teen boy version?

Anything in wool is fine, as long as it fits more-or-less okay. As Poison pointed out, the tie is a crucial point at an interview, it being at eye level. Invest in a good silk one - search ebay for a pre-owned Hermès, they are at rock-bottom prices right now -, perhaps not a too outlandish print, but a more subdued equestrian design. He can resell it even for some profits once he's done with the interview.
