I keep a very enclosed circle of friends that vaguely know about the other, for the sole purpose of trusting me enough to let me know abou their personal lives,

What do you mean "vaguely know about the other"? The other what?

How do you know that your 'friends' are being honest about their personal lives?

then I bait their trust with sane advice until I'm literally telling them what to do and what to say...

You think you're a puppet master simply because they chose to take your advice?

I find that amusing.

I'm glad you find amusement in my doing, that proves it's not in vain. I personally know my friends, and I'm quite confident I'm able to see when they're bullshitting me or not, however I think I'm a puppet master because they think my advice is the only one there is to offer, when I tell them you can seek someone else for a second opinion most of the time they'd say "yours is the only one that I trust and matters to me"

Get's boring after a while, usually Im tempted to make a spectacle of their personal lives for amusement purposes. However, I believe strongly in rewarding loyalty, no matter how blind it may be.

Am I the only one that does this? I keep a very enclosed circle of friends that vaguely know about the other, for the sole purpose of trusting me enough to let me know abou their personal lives, then I bait their trust with sane advice until I'm literally telling them what to do and what to say... It's a form of entertainment, i guess. Not that harmful, until I decide to expirement a little about how fast I can make it all crumble

Last week, the FDA began to reconsider whether artificial food dyes impact our health. The nine dyes currently in use were approved in 1938, and officials have since attested to their safety. Nevertheless, the connection between artificial dyes and ADHD in children has been a matter of debate since the 1970s. The expert panel selected to review the matter reported that the scientific evidence does not merit placing warnings or restrictions on products using the dyes. But it also advised the FDA to pursue additional studies.

Three wise men (MAGI = MAGICIANS) brought Jesus, Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.

He cured lepers, prostitutes, and probably a few others.

The additive and synergistic antimicrobial effects of select frankincense and myrrh oils--a combination from the pharaonic pharmacopoeia.

Frankincense and myrrh essential oils have been used in combination since 1500 bc; however, no antimicrobial investigations have been undertaken to confirm their effect in combination. This study validates the enhanced efficacy when used in combination against a selection of pathogens.

“Had the Jewish authorities been directly involved, Jesus would have been stoned, as Stephen was in Acts 7,” Flinn said. “Only Roman authorities could authorize crucifixions and they often did so on a gruesome, massive scale.”

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jainism

Jainism /ˈdʒeɪnɪz(ə)m/, traditionally known as Jaina Shasana or Jaina dharma (Sanskrit: जैन धर्म),[1] is an Indian religion that prescribes a path of ahimsa - nonviolence - towards all living beings, and emphasises spiritual independence and equality between all forms of life. Practitioners believe that nonviolence and self-control are the means by which they can obtain liberation. Ascetism is thus a major focus of the Jain faith. The three main principles of Jainism are Ahimsa (Non-Violence), Anekantvad (Non-Absolutism) and Aparigraha (Non-Possessiveness).

I turn the blame to the third party, when they fuck up i'm like "it wasn't meant to be" or "they're an asshole anyway" instead of saying "Oh, my bad" lol

They always take it, they wouldn't ask for it in the first place if they weren't planning to take whatever I had to say

If what you're saying is true, then you must have some very naive friends.

What did you do, make friends with the village idiot?

I resent that.

So you have close friends so you can give them what appears to be advice, then move onto bad advice when bored? How do you maintain trust after that's happened, or do you even bother to?

That form of "puppeteering" is loose and free-form instead of literal, the results questionable without further elaboration on your part.

How often do they not follow your advice?
