This has been a habit of mine for years now. Whenever I can't sleep(which is frequently) I get up and clear my head with a good walk. It usually starts with following the train tracks, through a couple corn fields and finally I stop at the bay. I sit down in my usual spot, then I throw a couple stones just to watch them be swallowed by the raging, black abyss. It's truly a spectacle when a full moon is out to light the waters. After I run out of stones, I follow the same route home. When I finally do get back, I don't bother with changing, it's a good morning when I wake up in my old hoodie.
Do any of you share similar habits, perhaps you have your own detailed route that you'd like to share.
