You mentioned you're Canadian, correct? Do you have any experience with the deep south? I can purchase things online but it's more about the stigma that bothers me and being told what I can and can not use with my own body. There are loopholes at times. One city has a store that sells them using a drive-through. The strip clubs feature dancers that never fully undress so I guess it's more like spectator grinding. 

WTF.  That's just sick. 

Then again, condoms were illegal in Ireland as late as in the 1980s/early '90s, as i heard. 

There was a link about weird laws in various american states, one was that hanging male and female underwear on the same washing line was illegal and an offence. Wouldn't surprise me if it was the same state..
