i see your link. i see a bunch of pictures and graphics which draw the eye away from key content.

i agree. eventually i will give this website a home page. it will apear as a seperate tab up there next to forum and new topic as "home"

with page, we can give it a nice design, and perhaps put up user submitted content such as music video of the day and most viewed thread, and things like that.

as for the forum itself though. you know, soon this forum will be ajaxed. the entire forum will move as new thread and replies are posted, and chat will also be instant. this forum will be much more. it will be quite an accomplishment

 I also want to add that a client I have who I have done some past work for has offered us $500 to have our forum software installed on a server for his baseball community. so for the people who are paying, i'd say it's not exactly unprofessional or the product of MS paint lol

And I'm sure they would have offered you more had it more passion.

 It's appealing to the eye...it's all about aesthetics luna, you of all people should know that..being a web designer in all. It's what gets people in the door...and the content that people write on this site should keep them in. 

Luna, do you promote this site anywhere to draw in more members?

If you don't, then I don't know why people are complaining about the color scheme here. What difference does it make if it's pink, purple, blue or the color of the fucking rainbow?
