"Makers Mark" Bourbon (recently converted ;-)...)

 So was i, a few years back - courtesy of a PF friend. Thoroughly reshaped my previous opinion on bourbon. Makers Mark is damn fine (too bad it's quite pricey here).

Vodka (all kinds of it) i thoroughly dislike on some reason, even as an ingredient - except in bloody mary which i like, then again i rather regard it as a soup.

I think the most outrageous thing i ever drank was Fernet Branca, although i noted the potential for an acquired taste in it.

Jack Daniels is great for any occasion.

I am the same, in terms of Vodka. It is one of the only drinks that disagrees with me.I also disagree with it.

Hasn't stopped me drinking it, the last few times i was drunk. Although, i often want to drink more when i hit that stage.

  

It tastes great. An old colleague claimed from this experimentation that blue flavor with vanilla flavored vodka tasted of cotton candy.

A peaty Talisker, for the first time in life. Un-fucking-believably good, the best booze i ever tasted so far.

Anyhow, off to Flandres till sunday with the night train - take care & behave you lot.
