I'm interested in psychology and it's relation to human behavior, and I am especially interested in criminal profiling, thus the reason I find the BRACE Character Profile particularly interesting. I'm also very interested in studying my own mind and, because I'm not very introspective, some tests online help me do that.

I'm fully aware the results may not be entirely accurate, but they do lend me some insight nonetheless. Most of the time I just take online tests out of boredom though.

 You say you are not very introspective.  Is it more you don't put much stock in subjective discernment, while making the process more objective (i.e. the tests, etc.) gives you greater confidence in the evaluation?  It removes the inherent distrust of bias based on feelings or presupposition, as oneself or another person would likely have.  Is such a distinction based upon preserving one's ego in check?  I know I pass most evaluations by others than myself as dismissible, as a matter of course.

I do have more confidence in test results than people who make judgements about me based on their personal perception. The reason for that is because, most people who judge me don't usually know me very well, and in most cases, never take the time to do so.

I'm not dismissing them to protect my ego. I'm dismissing them because they're only seeing what they're choosing to see, which cannot possibly result in an accurate judgement.

When I take a test, I always base my individual scores on past experience as much as possible. That way the results are likely to be more accurate and less biased. If, on a section of a test, I can't give a score based on past experience, I'll refer to my daughter or another family member and ask them which score they believe is most appropriate for me. I don't always do that, of course, but I have done it a number of times in the past.

 Have you done a comparison of two of the same tests, one answered entirely by you and the other answered entirely by a person other than you?  Would a mean of those two be a better, more reliable result?  You could probably add more to this and discover particular consistencies.

Yes. I actually wish I could do that each time I take a test. I think it would be interesting to view the comparison. The two would certainly produce a more accurate result.

I'm using Libre Office 4.0.5.2.  I get the message "This file contains links to other files.  Should they be updated?" when I open the spreadsheet.

 I've never used the Libre Office suite. I don't get that message when using Kingsoft Office.

You can update your files. It won't cause any problems.

 I forgot to mentio that when I get the above message, I have to click yes or no.  If I click yes then I get those messages about the missing files.

 Personally, I think you should remove the Libre Office suite and get Kingsoft Office. I've never had any issues with Kingsoft.

I'd like to see more people here take the BRACE Character Profile. It takes quite awhile to do, but it's interesting.

I may take it again at some point just to compare previous results.

And how to we interpret the cognitive, existential and behavioral parts?
