Yes, I have to say, I have a melty place in my hot pocket for Ted. :D

I don't think Ted is too much different than most of us. The only thing different is that he choose to act out his fantasies.

Merely speculating of course. But I think everyone would like him to be. If offers some condolence for all the terrible things he did. It also makes him somewhat more interesting.

He is a interesting dude. I'm curious how many more people are out there that have done or are doing the same things he has done and haven't been caught yet.

I think its quite a few and it really depends on the location! Do some searches and you will find all you need ;)

No he wasn't, he was romantically attached and then butthurt when she broke up with him. He seemed like the typical borderline. 

I wouldn't be suprised if variants of BPD were subsets of psychopathy, with the way some of them act.
