But is it possible to get jail time if the pussies on the receiving end actually kill themselves?
In 2012 there was a young Canadian girl, Amanda Todd, who killed herself from cyber bullying. She had multiple cyber bullies, but one in particular would blackmail her with these nudes of her he managed to acquire.
It's funny your asking about this. Why, just yesterday when I was logging out of my hotmail account, in news section when we log out there, I saw this very story being revisited with an update in regards to this being an international case.

So long as your friend "does not" get personal, like you know, facebook stalking someone and their family and threatening to expose them to people who would threaten to hunt any of them, and other weak ass threats to exploit them with "real material" such as photo's as seen in Amanda's case, in an attempt to control or bully someone who, really.... doesn't like it.
Simply telling someone to kill themselves online doesn't mean lawsuit. But that doesn't mean it couldn't ever be used against someone if the target has good enough excuses as to why or how this is seriously a threat to their lifestyle.
The answer to your question is, maybe. But most unlikely.
In the end, cyber bullying is all low grade material that only really amuses the dunce.
