I'd agree with that sort of thing anywhere else, but I can't see a report function being helpful here. Such a function would strike me as the beginning of the end, unless enough users spammed it to bog it down and prevent any real "progress" I guess.
With the ability to report so easily, less and less will be allowed overtime.

Don't let that sort of power get to you. Users now see that they just have to target you specifically to start making rules emerge in the place, and how you respond now makes for bigger splashes.
There should be clearly defined parameters for what is and isn't "spam" if you ask me instead of someone judging it vaguely on the fly. Maybe that's just me...
I'd define spam currently as excess repetition, be that literal or following a pattern by a single user (or coordinated group) to the point of website traffic being affected, to the point where the freedoms of this place are working against keeping people here.
I'm sure I'm overlooking some important details in there somewhere, so I'm going to keep thinking about it.

Just remember, sharing personal information works both ways. People could share your personal information too, and who knows whose hands it could end up in...
