So is this site moderated or not?

I want a simple answer, its a simple question.

The site is moderated as far as spamming and posting people's personal information goes because they are the two things that need to be controlled.

I guess posting information of others could be considered a "strike". But, just delete the thread and that's over with.

the spamming rule was ambiguously decided on, thats fine. but no one set and definite ways to decide what is considered spam, so everything you consider spam can be deleted.

the personal information used to be removed after a request and only the post and it was never forbidden. why is it forbidden now?

Is there any specific reason it suddenly become forbidden?
