If you know anything about the reality of the meat industry and just how disgusting it is you wouldn't say that. The reality is that human flesh would very widely from person to person depending on their diet, stress and lifestyle. The average American would be comparable to the meat industry. Where as a healthy athlete with a vegetarian diet would be comparable to organic small farm raised animals.

any wild game cook worth their salt will utter the magic words "cook'em low, cook'em slow" roast, braise, crockpock, confit, etc....
