How would I cook it?  Plenty of curing, to soak out the toxins to begin with. Hung for a good while (like game),  if it's a grown specimen. Marinade to dampen that awful human taste. Then probably as  stew, with ale or red wine.

 I would start by marinating it in red wine. Then i would steam some spuds and carrots. With the meat  after marinating it i would fry it in a pan with some olive oil at a moderate temperature. When it is medium rare i'd pull it out and serve with mashed potatoes carrots and some more red wine to top it off. For dessert i would have the eye balls with venilla icecream.this would be sprinkled with the victims tears and deoxygenated blood.:)

I wouldn't eat another person unless forced to do so, but I would assume the muscles would be the most beneficial to eat. 

Have you seen what happens when you eat another person? I wouldn't want to come down with the shakes.

Most muscles would be very stringy and chewy.   The only somewhat edible part is said to be that small nugget of flesh on the rear side of the knees, so humans are a bit like lobsters when it comes to body mass vs. edible bits ratio.

If you look at the stuff people eat, you wouldn't really want to eat people.

I couldn't care about taste or consistency, I'd be worried more so about nutrition if I was forced to eat someone.

How I would cook it would be dependent on the cut of meat. The rump I would slice fine cuts in a criss-cross pattern stuffed with pineapple wedges and wrapped in banana leaves slowly cooked over coals for several hours. The spine and ribs would be roasted over a fire with a fine Cajun bar-b-que sauce. The cheeks on the face would be lightly glazed with vinegar and served as sashimi after being thinly sliced of course. The brain I would use to make french cuisine. Kidney and liver would make a fine pate. Flesh off the arms and legs would make several various dishes depending on my mood. The intestines and stomach would be cleaned to make long pig sausage. The blood would make blutwurst. Some of the sausage would be good quality landjager. I would use the bones to make stock for soup.
