Let me explain it in a more plain language:
No problems=No worries
Avoid problems=Avoid worries
Create problems=Create worries
Destroy problems=Destroy worries
I come from a basis, where I had to learn how to develop an emotional state for the larger part of my life (as in learning what it means to be human).
Do I enjoy my state?
Indubitably.
Do I try to keep it that way?
Inexhaustibly.
Can I maintain it forever?
Nope.
I learn to cope and deal with the everyday BS (and it seems like I'm dealing with a total fool within myself), but just as well I laugh and enjoy every aspect of my existence.
No one can completely control their emotions, but in the least we can let go.
