that would depend on the definition of sub human and i cant find a good definition. i'd guess an impairment of any type by birth would make you less then human, aka subhuman. However if you cure this impairment, would that mean a subhuman can become a normal human?

Or is a subhuman, someone who is born completely normal, but rejects his humanity and decides to follow his animal instincts? In this case it should be noted that i consider the humanity in people their ability to get over their instincts and "evolve" their mind. Or in other words, learn things, just out of curiosity, while not indulging into hedonistic lifestyle by satisfying the most basic needs(from time to time you should satisfy them thought :P ).

And yes, on a more serious note, you're absolutely correct.   This is pretty much the state of the "emerging" post-communist markets. They choose to bypass the basic evolutionary phase called 'civilisation'  (even those who were civilised once upon a time, but somehow managed to unlearn it).

 but it's not just a few bad apples. if we completely remove the religious cultural bias that all humans are equal under god, and look at humanity from a purely biological point of view just as we would view a bacteria. i think taking this perspective is a much more accurate and realistic way of defining and beginning to truly understand ourselves.

i completey agree with metaerg. i think to have humanity is to ignoral the animal in us and transcend above it. i think the idea of enlightenment as a whole is about broadening our horizons. not looking at ourselves as the center of the universe, but instead seeing that we are a very small part of something much larger.

the problem is that the majority of humanity idealizes the "simple life", and i guess i can see in a competentive world like this how it would be smart for a human of the past to not have ambition so as to not threaten their superiors... but if we admit this is evolutionarily ingrained into some of us.. well then it can be said that some of us are born to submit 

i think a subhuman is anyone who chooses to dedicate their entire lives in servitude to a superior in exchange for sustinence.

this isn't to say that if you have a boss your a loser. but more.... if you don't have your own vision to follow and dedicate your life to.. then perhaps you don't deserve to be defined as a human. 

People like that are what keep big businesses afloat.

Their self sacrifice is what keeps the 1% strong!

I must be a subhuman then. I have no inclination to lead others unless given no other options (save for maybe an art director job), and would prefer someone else take that weight upon themselves while I profit for it. Influence strikes me as better than raw power, and as long as I can afford enough to be comfortable I don't see why I'd need more than that to be content.

It's easier to be an integral cog in the machine than to be the one stuck repairing it all.

That line would be so many different things to so many different people,  constantly evolving and changing within given parameters even. 

It cracks me the fuck up, watching your "messiah complex" grow Luna.

Funny thing though, is it seems cyclical , and also seemingly dependant on the amount of ganja youve smoked.

So you rely on a substance, to mellow you, and further allow you to explore your "vision", but cope badly without it.

You are in fact, yourself , relying on a superior in exchange for sustinence. ....Your dealer.

So does that make YOU, a subhuman?
