I imagine that claiming to be a sociopath is more damaging to your reputation than anything Piles has to say. Creating entire threads about what a pathetic, self medicating suicidal wreck you are probably doesn't help much either. What do you think prospective customers and employers would think if they came on here and discovered that you're a self proclaimed sociopath who can't function without getting high everyday? They'd think you're a complete mess and wouldn't want to work with you in a million years. That or they'd read some of the wacky shit you're constantly coming out with and assume you're either severely brain damaged or nuts. And considering your mum did coke while pregnant with you and you've actually spent time in a mental institution, both of those assumptions would likely be correct haha.
