Sociopath Community

i think i'd just rather let it die. i don't believe the people in this conversation are sociopaths themselves, and i don't have time to argue the definition with them.

as you can tell, i've also decided to not show up on the list of online users anymore. i'd prefer my role in this community changed to that of just developer, and owner. i have no interest in conversations with the majority of members here who i find to be very low functioning.

That's probably the best course of action anyway. No point in associating with people you find low functioning or beneath you.

I'm happy with who I am. I'm happy with the way my mind works, and the success I've had as a result of those workings, and regardless of what way other Humans decide to classify me, I feel pride in who I am 

I guess that's all that matters. Don't lose that pride :)

You're not. Every week you're banning or muting someone because of your emotions.

That doesn't necessarily mean she isn't one. If anything, it just shows that sometimes she's low functioning. If you look at the situation, it's rage triggered by being unable to control others who she considers obligated to obey her. 

The closest analogy I can think of would be a guy hitting his girlfriend because she didn't shut up when he told her to. I don't think that many people would consider that proof that he is not sociopathic.

I can't speak for her, but I think she only reacts that way when she feels directly challenged or insulted. I know she deletes posts that she thinks make her forum look bad, (Instrument's fetishes and Dexter's idiocy) when they have nothing to do with her, and she'd probably ban people for questioning that decision.

Only being able to see the external actions and not the internal thought process means I can't say what motivates her, but I'd guess that if anything would make a sociopath lash out, it would be an attack on their ego.

What is your idea of a sociopath Luna? Also, what is "low functioning" to you?

 That's fine kid, but stick to what you say. You keep making extreme proclamations like this and then you're back chatting about how successful you are in a few days.

i think you will agree that sociopaths are about control, and what is a better away of maintaining control over my forum than cleansing it of those who would attempt to harm my reputation?
