B..b..b..but you don't say the delusional things you say on this forum to the people you know irl, so it's not a real comparison, is it now? 

Many of the things I've discussed on this forum are things I have also discussed with psychologists and they don't seem to think I'm delusional at all.

Not believing what someone tells you does not mean they are delusional. If it did, then I'd say everyone here is delusional because I don't believe anything anyone says here.
