Maybe you'll mellow out with age?  How old are you?

I used to get into such a rage, so often, when I was younger.  Never do anymore.  I grew up, and it just stopped on its own.  (I realize of course that I'm an uncommonly lucky person, but you never know.)

 yeah...yesterday...the desire to strangle someone gently overcame me for quite an extended period of time. Was strange. Irritation, frustration and the general GRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

 

Wasn't bad though. Was good. Hmmm still kind of not quite hmmm....it will pass.

Well, I suppose you could mellow out naturally.  Though honestly, probably not, at your age.

Do physical activities release any stress for you?
