I leave my house almost every single day to go for a walk and I like going out on the weekends when I can to do things that I enjoy away from home.

SMV means "sexual market value".  Up until around the age of 25 women are in control. They know that guys want them and they can get away with being bitches. They chase after alpha bad boys and use betas for whatever they can get out of them. As the saying goes, Five Minutes Of Alpha = Fifty Years Of Pining. At around 30, problems start. Women start looking for a man to settle down with. The betas they didn't want all of a sudden have good jobs and stable lives. The alphas they used to fuck don't want them anymore because they would rather fuck hot a 22 year old. When they hit 35 they get desperate. They either take whatever they can get or delude themselves with Sex In The City fantasies. Meanwhile, men realize that women have been acting like cunts to them their whole life and stop taking their shit. They smart ones learn game and become alphas. When women can't find someone they start crying that men need to "man up" or similar bullshit. They simple fact of the matter is that men don't want them anymore.

Women will always be able to get men easier than men can get women, regardless of age, because us women have what you men want more than you have what we want. In fact when it comes to romance and interpersonal relationships it’s women who often hold all the cards.
