by JusticeIronically, in my mind, he has pretty much summed up the reason why everyone is on this forum. To try and sort through all the multitude of conflicting information used to 'label' someone who has been diagnosed with a 'social condition'.

Paranoia aside, this is true regardless. I found my way here along similar lines. I came for answers but stayed (and come back) for fun. If anything else, it's nice for there to be a place (no matter the individuals that make the population here) where someone truly can say anything. Regardless of backlash, mockery, antagonism, etc. Not a single sick thought or action I encounter is alarming. And, well, it really shouldn't be. Better this shit comes out here than explode and continue to cause more harm than could be avoided. Anyway, no more soapbox. Blow off some steam, just don't expect sympathy here. Some understanding, maybe. Don't bet on respect or concern of any constructive type. This isn't that kind of place. It's not bad, but just is. And knowing is half the battle.
