These people come here intending to convince others that their own personality traits are in fact representative of something that's been glamorized by Hollywood accounts of sociopathy. In fact, their personality traits are representative of their personal weaknesses and when they're called on for that, their suspicions become verified (they're here to hide their weaknesses, and by attempting to hide them, they attract attention to them). They feel humiliated, exposed, and so they become hysterical over comments that most of us wouldn't even notice in real life or on this forum.
