I love storms. Especially thunder and lightning, so beautiful, but any extreme weather really.

Unfortunately, where I live it's over 30 degrees every day and there's never a cloud in the sky. Poor me :(

Lightning you say?

I love storms. Especially thunder and lightning, so beautiful, but any extreme weather really.

 

 Me too!!  Thunder & lightning storms!  Big snow in winter, dry heat in summer.

Sadly, it's always slimy wet grey and cold where i live, all year 'round. 

I've had some bad experiences with blizzards and really hate them. Don't ever wish to be caught in a serious one.

I walked over to the bay and watched a massive thunderstorm just now. The lightning chained across the clouds and the waves bashed themselves against the rocks beside the shore. A single bolt of lightning struck the water about 200-300 meters away from me. The flash was so bright it temporarily disoriented me. I never felt more at home during storms and I don't really understand why. It'll be something I'll have to look into.
