 90% of men use it because it is funny. Example if I were to tell someone "Come to daddy my child" That would be funny.

 I think 90% is an exaggeration. None of my previous boyfriends ever used the word 'daddy' in a sexual or funny way, and I'm glad they didn't, because I wouldn't have liked it.

It would be the same as me using the word 'mommy' in a sexual way and that to me would be a complete turn-off.
