Instead of terms how about just an age disclaimer? I still think that's necessary due to the child molesting interests of some posters. 

Actually, it protects the forum from any possible legal ramifications that may arise.

While I can see the value in a ToS (if it were my forum), the primary issue is Luna's actions. A set of general 'ideas' could be discussed on what Luna considers acceptable and non-acceptable behavior here, so that we are aware of the possible actions she may take in regard to said behavior.

We can also let Luna know what behavior we expect from her as well. Being the site owner does not preclude her from taking responsibility for her own actions.

For fuck's sake, my opinion doesn't make me anyone's bitch. I am just as likely to be banned here as anyone else at some point. It's not as though Luna isn't easy to upset.

I'm not claiming that I want moderation here, but if we have to deal with Luna's emotional outbursts, then I don't see the harm in seeking some kind of mutual agreement. That way she knows where she stands and we know we know where we stand.

This has become an us versus her situation and I don't see the value of continually complaining about it and doing nothing. It's going to happen again and again and again unless we take action now to resolve it.

Ok. Look. There is no mutual agreement and there will never be. As long as an owner/admin is emotionally invested they will always have some upper hand. Terms aren't going to change that. If anything, they'll just illustrate where it's allowed under "certain circumstances".
